SP&A's President Emilio Solis is a licensed professional engineer specializing in investigative engineering services. Mr. Solis has assisted insurance companies, business owners and governmental agencies in determining extent of damage and methods of correction for engineering problems following a structural failure, fire, flood or other natural disaster. SP&A uses the latest technology available including 3D computer models to indicate structure stresses.

SP&A uses the latest analytical techniques to determine the appropriate engineering solutions to prevent further damage to a compromised building, eliminate and control hazards, and make unimpaired areas of the building available for use. SP&A can provide technical review of structural damage, and testimonies or depositions to assist in the accurate determination of cause. SP&A also provides cost estimation services for restoring building integrity.
